Verizon DSL does not use proxy server settings, in the configuration.

If you do NOT have a router, then do the following:

The modem needs to be configured for a PPPoE type of connection, using your Verizon primary account ID (VZUID) and the account password.

If you DO have a router, then do the following:

The modem needs to be configured as a Bridge connection type,

and then configure the router for PPPoE connection type, using your Verizon primary account ID (VZUID) and the account password.

    -------------------------

You can always call Verizon's Help and Support Center, to get help with the configuration process. Also, if you need to have your password reset for any reason.

    Good luck!
