Has this world the need of Don Quixote or Sancho Paza? your view.?

The answer is not one or the other, but both. Quixote and Paza are like shoes. You can get through life with only one, but it's a lot easier if you use both. The world sometimes needs the total commitment of Don Quixote just as it needs the watchful caution of Sancho Paza.

It would be a loss to this world if Cervantes had not written his book. And how much poorer the world would be without humor,

and without the "courtly love" and chivalry which Cervantes ridicules.

Admittedly, I am also an incurable romantic, even though I am certifiable as an antique human, and a quixotic male who carefully constructs his own windmills.

Just as an aside---there once was a radio show The Cisco Kid,

whose sidekick was Pancho Sanza. I always enjoyed the play on Sancho Panza and Pancho Sanza.
