thinking about getting my nipples pierced but i'm wondering...?

1. go to a clean and experienced place, if pierced and taken care of correctly they should be fine and heal within 6months (they will tell you a specific time like 10 weeks, not true, add a few months)

2. Bras should cover the piercing up. Tight shirts on guys show off their nipple piercings, but are you going to be bra less?

3. Bad things happen all the time, yes it could happen, but is unlikely. To limit these risks, go to an experienced piercer, don't play with a new piercing for a long time or let others play with them, and keep the things clean. (2x a day, ivory soap)

4. Most piercings leave entrance and exit scars.

You should probably go to a women's apparel store and see if they have any pasties that would work. Speaking from personal experience, though, it's really not worth the pain of the piercing and then the time it takes to heal. Depending on the size of the area pierced, it may take a while to get through. However, mine were in no way disfigured. Breastfeeding wasn't even impaired. Still...not worth the pain.

You can't stop it showing from beneath tight shirts. You should also consider that things can go wrong and you may get an infection. You nipples, once pierced are disfigured forever. Even plastic surgery cannot undo what has been done.

Dont do it. Even if the piercing turns out having to wear some extra padding or pasties to cover it up is awful. The whole nipple piercing sounds sexy at first, but the results are just nasty. Tattoo them up instead.

Not sure about how not to get them to show. One answer would be to buy some of the non-piercing nipple jewerly first and how you really like it. Could save you some time/money and pain. My girlfriend has the non-piercing bling everywhere. It VERY nice.

I thought the whole point was for them to show? Go to a professional shop, not a sleazy dive and their shouldn't be any problems.

Sounds like fun to me. I've heard they keep you excited and turned on, as if someone's constantly playing with your nipples.

how old are you? the reason why im asking is because when i was 18 i wanted a whole bunch of stuff pierced , i pierced my nose myself now theres a little scar, thankfully my mom stopped me from getting my tounge pierced, now im 25 and im glad i didnt pierce anything else. your style changes as you get a little older so choose wisely what you do to your body and the scars you will have

Get them pierced and just let your b00bs hang free, if they are big people already stare at them anyway so having a little jewelry on them just adds to the view.

Peircing your nipples can be very dangerous in the respect of infections if they are not taken care of properly. Be careful and really think about it before you do it. Take care!

Once you get your nipples pierced your nipples well always stay hard that's at least what I heard....
