Does somebody know these people?

I am looking for long lost friends.Last known they where in Houston Texas( that was around 1993). Their names are Kenneth Caballero and Tamy Caballero. They eventually divorced ,but had a daughter together with the name of Tia.They where stationed with the Army/Airforce in Spangdahlem - Germany(1990-1993) and they both knew my husband as TOP. I have been trying to find them both without any luck. For all I know they could be remarried to other new partners .

I guess to have any sucsess with this it would be great if we had some people here from the Houston /Tx area to help out . I know this might take a while or maybe won't be a sucsess at all .Anyhow if someone of you might know them,please let them know that I am looking for them . Thank you all for your help that you can give me .

    I know the Pentagon has researchers available that can help you with this; you would have to contact the Personnel Liason Officer for the specific branch of the armed forces in which they served.
