If I delete my yahoo email account will it delete my answers account?

You can't just delete your Yahoo email, you have to actually delete the whole profile. So yes, if you get rid of one you have to get rid of the other.

Your Yahoo! account must remain active for you to access your Yahoo! Answers account. If you'd like your email notifications to be sent to a different email address, go to your My Q&A page and click Edit My Info. Add your new address in the Email section, and save the new changes.

I'm afraid not. Everything you have on yahoo is linked to your ID. If you delete the e-mail associated with your ID, it's the same as deleting your ID.

i ont think you can delelte your yahoo email. unless your paying for it. but its likely that it will delete your yahoo answers account becuase you have nothing to sign into

I don't think that's even possible. You can still use it under a different name.
