Maybe she doesn't recognize them because you are not clearly telling her what they are. People tend to beat around the bush when it comes to expressing themselves. Don't she is your wife be honest and open with her. Now if your request are unreasonable, in the sense that they are WANTS and not so much NEEDS, then she is probably not give you your request. But be honest and forth-coming with what your needs are. Don't keep her guessing and wondering what you are really trying to say.

Talk to her. Ask her if you're satisfying her. Maybe sex isn't that appealing to her because you're not good at it with her. Indulge in more foreplay, talk to each other about it, set the right mood with candlelight, music, scents etc. Make an effort to recongnize her needs and she'll recongnize yours.

Perhaps you haven't made yourself very clear. Just like this question you give us. What is she suppose to do? Guess? Details, Details, Details. Make it explicitly clear...it might help.
