What happened to the Looney Tunes on television?
I grew up with Bugs Bunny and his many associates. Is not politically correct enough these days?

You can find them on Cartoon Network, sometimes late at night. Every June they do a "June Bugs" marathon of them for about a week. But the ones they show are edited. Might I recommend one of the box sets that are now available on Amazon.com? They are the unedited, classic cartoons and they are well worth the price.

Can't find them anywhere. It's been years since they were on Saturday Morning and Cartoon Network doesn't show any of the classics anymore. I wish Looney Tunes as well as the Flinstones were still on!

I haven't seen it for a long time. I guess with the new cartoons it had to put away. Some of the cartoons on now aren't that great. Bugs Bunny and the Flintstones should be brought back to tv.

Not that I don't miss Bugs, Foghorn Leghorn or Pepe LePew, but if we just kept showing those and did not give the new guys the power and forum to create, we would have missed out on the Simpson's. I'm not sure that the younger generations, really appreciate them as much as those of us that grew up with them. But then, I'm still trying to figure out the CATDOG cartoons.

They were merged with the Democratic party during the Gore run for President. You can see them on the Bill Maher, Keith Olberman, Cris Mathews, and Jon Stewart shows.

All of cartoons on tv now are all about wizardry and killing! Either that or being disgusting!
