Whats wrong with Yahoo Answers?

From my other machine it says "please select a category" even when I have done so. Why does it work on this machine, but not that one? They both go through the same router.

Update:

mr. Bob got it right! You will get "Best Answer" but I have to allow four hours. Everybody else, don't waste your time answering!

    you may need to delete some temporary files and cookies from the one that is not working right

    Maybe the Yahoo! server have some glitch.!

    press esc if u have trouble....usually hackers
