I can understand what you are going through and i appreciate that you feel so. What you can do is do start some action on what you think. As a good sales guy you should do a idea prospecting in addition to your product prospecting. Get associated with a cause that you feel strongly aliened with and identify what you an contribute in terms of resources. Its not necessary that you give time or money but even ideas and netwroking can help too. We all are very emotional people and want to help others but the sooner we start to do what we desire the better it is becuase there will never time when you will have spare time or money to do this work so start today in a rather small way and see how happy that can make you feel.

No it is not an abusive question.they must have a reason why they send you a violation,and you should reply to them asking why they delete it.They remove one of mine once and the question that i ask is Do you like to watch the David Blaine show?and i put it in the TV categories,and few hours after i receive a violation because it was chatting.so i wrote back to them and still waiting for an answer.i guess some people enjoy reporting for fun.

I've read ALOT worse on here. It sounds like they're trying to help that person by giving them their own opinion...and there's nothing wrong with that.

No, they randomly pick answers and do that. I had a compassionate answer last week that was marked also. It's a total load of crap!
