Which electrical items in a home go on standby?

Trying to reduce my electric bill. Hoping some things which go on standby could be unplugged when not in use. Advise, please.

Try to use lights in an economical way (don't leave them on when you don't need them). Usually your fridge is the biggest electrical consumer in the house (approx 400KW/year), so set the temperature in your fridge according to the temp inside your house to avoid consuming useless electricity. Don't leave your TV or PC on when you don't need them. Other devices like electronic clocks consume max 10W so there is no need to turn them off.

any appliance you're not currently using can be turned off and unplugged. it's probably just the refrigerator that needs to stay plugged all the time. turn off any lights that aren't in use. try drying clothes under the sun when possible so you won't need the dryer...
