Go to the yahoo signin page and drag/drop the little internet explorer icon that is beside the URL into your links bar. This will make a button to yahoomail on the toolbar.
The Links bar can be displayed by going into view>toolbar>links. This is actually a very handy thing that i have recently started doing myself.
