What's wrong with my web cam??

All of a sudden my web cam isn't working. It always says "server is busy, please try again". I had this problem before and I don't recall how I fixed it. It was an easy fix,but I just don't remember how I did it. Does anyone know how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Uninstall then re-install software drivers.

    Sounds to me like the server is busy. You should try again.

    What software/OS/cam are you using?

    your webcam should work well even offline. if not, maybe its having problem with the server you are connecting to.

    last resort will be re-installation of webcam drivers

    well it depends maybe you must reinstall the driver or maybe you

    have a firewall or just busy server.
