investing partner for relocating medical manufacturing from Israel?

Question

I am seeking an investing partner for relocating my 17 years old business of medical manufacturing from Israel to the USA. Is there anyone interested in investing in a small genuine Medical manufacturing company from ISRAEL
The company has operated very successfully in Israel for the last 17 years but due to the Economic and troublesome unstable circumstances in the Middle East profit which has been decrease to almost nothing in the last 2 years, and the last war in Lebanon caused the company to stop its operation and due to that the company has left with no funds.
The company needs to relocate to the USA for continuation of its success and generating profits again. 
As per Business Plan prepared for relocation to the USA (almost any location) the Investment of setting up and working capital needed, will be returned within 18-24 month after start of operation.

This may not be the best place to solicit funds.  Your previous customers and suppliers may provide better contacts than this medium.

There are so many issues with medical manufacturing in the United States, it is almost impossible to consider such an idea from an anonymous poster on the internet.

My guess is that the participants on this website are going to be very skeptical of your question.  Why do you not pursue thi thru the Jewish Community in New York or Miami?
However, I would like to know how I could get some Jaffa Oranges?
