A question and answer forum?
Does anyone know where there might be just a general "board" where one might pose quesions? I think that would be better than yahoo answers because it is an open discussion rather than a relatively closed question... then answer forum. I also think ..........well actually know.....the board administrators would be more mature and allow open discussion on issues without giving in to whiners.

Yahoo Answers was not, and is not, designed to be an open forum. It is a search site. Go to Yahoo Groups and I'm sure you will find something there.
