hey u can make her undertsand that the world is not small... she will find beter ppl to ask out.... mebbe some1 is already waiting for her... see if she still thinks he likes her then ask her to ignore him.... if he comes back to her then mebbe he does like her but if he doesnt show any response then he is not at all nterested and that she shouldnt waste her precious time on him.. i knw forgetting him will be the toughest thing for her... but give it some time... she will realize herself that he isnt worth..

you should tell your friend that you are her well wisher and would always wants her to be happy.

tell her, that if the guy really loves her or care for her then he would have accepted the proposal n if he is not doing so it simply indicates that he doesnt even cares for her.

Allow things to cool for sometime. If there is genuine love he will pick up threads.
