any one having a problem with posterior vitreous detachment of the eye? could leads to loss of vision?

its a separation of the eye's internal clear jell (viterous) from the eye wall or the retinal.

It may cause the retina to seperate from the eye wall , which leads to loss of vision.

Posterior vitreous detachment may lead to retinal detachment so, yes it may cause loss of vision. However, most of them are benign condition that just usually present with floaters as symptom. Annual dilated eye exam is advised.

The main problem is seeing "floaters"--those little black dots that seem to appear out of nowhere.

This CAN lead to loss of vision, but it is very rare. For serious conditions, surgery is the best option.

retinal detachment could lead to further complications if not treated. Surgery is required to correct it.
