You just need a Wav editor.

There are many available on the internet for free such as spark ME.

do a google search to find one that meet your system requirements.

open the M4p with the WAV editor (you should make sure you have a fairly recent editor to make sure M4p is supported)

choose something like "save as" from the file menu, on most editors you are then given a list of formats that you'd like to save in.

MP3 will definately be included in most WAV editors.
