Yahoo put out a list of can't cut players to ensure that no one would just dump all of their good players and comprimise a league. If your friend had a high waiver priority and gave you a few bucks to dump LT or LJ, you might be willing to do so. The Can't cut list prevents it.

just showing people who played that did horrible. And its most likely gonna be people who dont often play. Its really just opinions to say who is a good player that just did bad. I mean where do you draw the line? But I see where your coming from, they should do soemthing like the player must be owned by at least 75% of league

players that you cannot cut. bc if a friend has a high waiver priority you cant hook him up with a player from your team.
