How can I remove Media protection from files that I downloaded?
I'm trying to burn a cd using WMP 11 and now it tells me I don't have the rights and I need to remove this "protection"

You can't.... that's the whole point behind 'PROTECTION'.... so that people don't steal your music!
If you really want it, try re-downloading it in an unprotected form. You will have to search around for this; otherwise, just take the songs from your own CDs.... if you have them.
