Okay, this is pretty corny in a way but you gotta love the simplicity of it. Her goes:

Wear a pink warm up suit (sweatshirt and pants) and affix a sneaker/tennis shoe to the top of your head like a hat.

I had my face painted like Darth Mole. It was awesome. Lasted all night. I drank, ate, danced, puked. The makeup artist was awesome.
