Measure top and bottom and add 4 inches for seams and to make a neat over lap.

i'm assuming you've a metallic body if no longer,.take each and each of the former protecting off. purchase some large textile and cut back one piece of the textile sufficiently vast to cover between the panels on the body. trim to interior some centremetres, now take this piece of textile and lay it on your remaing textile and cut back as many extra products as you've panels. if the body is new you'll favor to wrap each and each of the body elements with cotton tape. it truly is so that you'll glue the textile to the body. when you've each and each of the panels of textile cut back out position and glue one piece of textile on each 2d panel on the body. enable those issues to dry. repeat with very last panels and intensely last textile products.enable to dry. trim around the vanes of the panels any textile sticking up ,down each and each vane the position the textile panel products meet you could glue on some braid of a contrasting shade.,around the bottom of the shade you could glue on some silk fringe .accessible from craft shops ..making those colors , said as tiffany lampshades, will be a pastime that you'll make extra funds with as many anybody isn't positive sufficient to do it themselves .sturdy success.

Buy new shades. For about $25.00 you can buy new ones at Lowes or Home Depot. Easier, neater and less homemade looking.
