I just read a website yesterday pertaining to this. It suggested using an antibacterial soap and a loofah to exfoliate the skin and kill bacteria. Also, a cortisone cream will keep down the swelling of the bumps. You can use a benzoyl peroxide cream at night to unblock the pores and stop the breakouts. It is associated with the sweat glands and clogged hair follicles. If you try these steps and you don't get results, you might see a dermatologist because it could be that you have a skin infection and need an antibiotic cream or oral antibiotic.

People are probably gonna think I'm very stupid but this is what works for me. So, I did this a few months ago because I'm not the smartest. Keep that in mind. Acne is caused by bacteria growing in and under your skin right? So I absolutely thought that if Hand Sanitizer killed bacteria, why can't it kill it on my face? Andddd that lead to me putting some small amounts of hand sanitizer in my T-zone and other practical places.I do this about 2-3 times a day and that works really great for me. No more acne.
Another thing I do is, if I'm in a melt-down situation, I grab a piece of ice and rub that all over the acne for 1-2 minutes. (Or until it's completely melted.)
I also use this Carrot exfoliating face wash with beads in it. It smells weird to me but great to others. And leaves your face really soft.
Yes.....very stupid tricks but hey....it works for me

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.
In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

Use any product with AHA (alpha hydroxy acid), it helps shed dead skin cells. This is a very common problem with people who have darker skin tones; it's actually hereditary it's commonly found on the upper arms and butt. If you wax your legs or bikini ask them to wax that area too. They are actually fine ingrown hairs and the pores get clogged so that's why you have the bumps. Waxing helps exfoliate and shed off the dead skin. There is a cream available at the drug store but I can't remember the name, I'll keep thinking and I'll let you know.

It sounds like they might be boils. Do they hurt, almost like a clogged zit?
Boils are caused from excess bacteria in the body.
If you contact your doctor there is probably meds he can give you to get rid of the bacteria in your body. There are some home remedies out there as well, you'd have to do some research on that though if that's what they are.

Buy a cheap srub product and use it twice a week, no need to spend money on that as it washes off. It u dont want to, make urs at home, with virgin olive oil and brown sugar. the less oil u put in the the rougher the scrub. Buy a product with salicylic acid, i think neutrogena has in it for the shower. Also, use a very light body moisturizer, witl either vitamin E or Aloe Vera in it.

Expose your butt to the direct sunlight!
Begin in half hour sessions. As your skin takes on a tan the skin will heal and you will look and feel very attractive!
