Any time spent alone with you husband especially when you have children and both of you work could be considered a romantic date, nothing worse then trying to be romantic and having to stop to yell at the kids.

Go to a nice resturant near the beach or on the hills. after dinner if on the beach buy desert and sit outside watch the sunset than take a nice walk on the beach and you never now what will happen have fun

How about a picnic at a beautiful park. You could feed each other strawberries & cream and have a nice little bottle of Don Perignon.
