99 GrandAm with a well lit dashboard?

It started with the ABS Low trac lights. I replaced a front wheel bearing and that went off. Then, the service engine soon light appeared. After process of elimination, we're thinking it may be the filler neck tube on the gas tank as the code leads to a vacuum problem with the fuel system. The gas tank and seal are new. Now today, the security light came on. So far, the car is still starting with no problem, and I am aware of the ACC and wait 10 minutes to reset ritual should it arise. I'm just wondering...could it be a short and the lights are going haywire? I love this car, but she's driving me to drink. Basically, I'm looking for enlightenment (pun intended) on the situation, especially the security light.

the security light is being caused by a bad passlock sensor, i can almost garantee that. i replace 1 a week, they are kinda pricey but if you are skilled you could do it yourself, after its in do the 10 min relearn again and it should be ok. as far as the evaporative emissions code(leak in the sealed fuel system) most commonly its the vent solenoid(sometimes called vent valve) but i have replaced a few filler necks also.

Just drive it and sooner or later you will find the problem. I also have a grand am and they are noted for problems, especially wheel bearings, buy a truckload of them and sometimes my dash lights go out then come back on, low oil pressure light will come on and off at differen't times but I also love the car and keep throwing parts at it.
