How would you describe the colour red to me, if I was blind?

I hold your hand close to a flame (candle or lighter) and ask if you could feel the burning sensation on your skin. That is red.

Colors are often associated with element for one reason or another. Yellow would be warmth from either a fire or the sun, blue would be water or ice, white is wind or ice, green and brown are earth like trees or dirt. Basic and not overly useful, but in this instance it would work, I think.
