what the heck ever happened to boxer prince naseem hamed?

Question

heard something about the possibility of his being jailed (for reckless driving?) back in january but don't know what happened with it.

and has he even had a fight since 2002 or so?

painfully obvious i'm not the most avid boxing fan, but for some reason, i've been thinking about this guy lately.

it's speculated that his loss to barrera killed his confidence, and took it's toll on his fighting.  he's only had 1 fight after that loss, and although he won, it was a very weak points win.  
 even if the rumors of his comeback are true, he wouldn't be the same fighter we use to enjoy.

Was released in August this year after serving half of his sentence.

HE WAS RELASED FROM JAIL ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO, (ACCORDING TO FIGHTNEWS.COM) HE HAD AN OFFER OF 6 FIGHTS (BY HBO) BUT I BELIEVE HE DIDNOT ACCEPT THE OFFER BECAUSE ACCORDING TO HIM ALA DIDNT WANT HIM TO FIGHT AFTER THE EMBARRASSING LOST TO BARRERA (I SAW THIS IN A BRITISH INTERVIEW)
