i can't have an orgasm. What can i do?

try recall the very first n only one time that you have had an orgasm, try working at how you can get there the first place, communicate with you partner as sex is suppose to be enjoy by both, tell him what is your preferences n what you like him to do, talk to him so that he do care about your feeling as well, but most important is don't pressure yourself to achieve an orgasm, just relax, find the right time/place/mood/ambient etc n combine with the right man[ you love him n him love you too ], then you should be able to fully enjoy sex !

First teach yourself how to have an O by getting a good vibrator.

Good sex when drunk means you need to learn to relax during sex when not drunk.

Have sufficient foreplay. Take longer time before he inserts. Slowly do the pumping. Thats all I can say. If this is not helping you, seek clinical advice
