Do you feel that it is coincidental that gas/fuel prices are falling as we approach National elections?

Labor Day is the end of the summer traveling season, and demand goes down causing the price to go down. Labor Day also happens to be the start of the political campaign season.

Coincidence? Yes. Gas prices are going down GLOBALLY, not just in the U.S.

Coincidental means that there is no relationship between the elections and the falling prices, it just happened that way...Sure, and if you believe that I have some property...

Oil companies actually have little to no say over prices suprisingly.

They go down every fall , not just election years :

1. less demand

2. summertime chemical additives are expensive and they come out this time of year
