    I think that you can't really stop the banking law affecting gambling from going into effect, but you can voice your discontent at http://www.petitiononline.com/LOGNOW/petition.html and vote Democrat this fall. The Republicans orchestrated this fiasco at the 11th hour by attaching it to a bill about Port Security and there was no debate whatsover in the US Senate. What an outrage and abuse of the system!

    Why doesn't anyone instead of banning online gambling,, allow it to be based in the U.S. and monitor the servers in this country? I'd vote for the regulation of it.., not outright banning of it in foreign countries. Educate yourself on this issue, the legislators have and while it's a 4 billion dollar industry, you might want to understand all the facets that online gambling based overseas is up against.
