what are some good recipes for mac and cheese?

ok, i shouldn't do this but here it is.. take 1 stick of butter..melt it. once it is melted on medium high, add enough flour to make a paste.. add 2 cups of milk..mix together..add 1 block of sharp cheddar cheese, 1 half block of medium cheddar cheese and 1 small block of Velveeta cheese..All cut up...turn your burner on low and stir quite a bit it will take a little while.. then all you do is add macoroni shells... This is a family receipe...Good luck...

i saw this on the food channel an i tryed it my self and i was so so good. ok you take mac noodles cook them till teneder, drain put them in mixing bowl and butter ,milk,sheaded cheese when still hot to make it creamy add a little sour cream beat 3 eggs mix them in, place in to greased casarol dish top with cheese place in 350 oven till cheese gets golden brown then eat

add some brocolli and flavored bread crumbs

add habaneros.

add onions....yummy
