When answering a food question,i'm need to add a link towhere to find recipe or attach the link.

It's easy. Go to the web page with the recipe. Click in the Address bar to highlight the web address. Right-click and select Copy. That will copy the web address to your clipboard. Now, just right click in the answer and select Paste to paste the web address in the answer.

Click on your name under your Avatar or the My Q&A link. On your profile page the Questions you ask are listed below the points. Click on your question and it will take you to it.
