The Vic Firth website is really cool. Go to the Education link, and then to the Educational Resource Link Page, then scroll down to the Educational Features section of that page.
They have free video lesson series from several of the pros. You can watch them over and over again and it's almost like being at a real lesson. I actually have sat down and practiced right in front of my computer screen with my practice pad. The lessons are good for all drummers, beginners to advanced. It's way cool.

Tomas Howie is very very comprehensive. Lots of exercises and just about everything to get you going in the right direction.
