    I don't know about sobmerged but submerged, there are mountains taller than anything on dry land.

    On dry land, Mt Everest is NOT the highest mountain.

    The highest Mountain is K2

    THERE ARE MOUNTAINS IN THE OCEANIC TRENCH THAT ARE 3 TIMES THE HEIGHT OF EVEREST BUT DON'T KNOW THE NAMES
