Is ur Monitor getting power supply propely can u c the led On
If Yes then It can be the prob of your MBD it might be getting short from underneth
It can also be the CPU/Processor Prob
Or the RAM prob
If u have some idea of H/W then only u can open ur PC
Yes,then lossen ur MBD screw
remove the CPU/Processor clean it with the brush n also the
slot of the CPU
Remove the RAM clean it with a cloth n then put it in the RAM slot
properly
After doing all this if u face same prob it is prob of the MBD,
it is repairable

Dude, first and foremost check for loose connection of the monitor plug.
If theres and beep coming from the motherboard, check in your motherboard manual what it could mean.
For eg: A long beep, pause, A long beep again
this means that u have a DRAM error. Try reataching your RAM again.
If thers no beep sound at all, then, re-attach your VGA card.

Try Removing The Monitor Cable from the Back Side of the CPU......Clean the Port then try Inserting the Cable Again.
It Should really Work

Usually no display after power on means a hardware failure, usually there are series of beeps you will here but I still suggest looking for an expirienced computer tech to deal with your problem else if it is a brand new computer better contact your vendor you might still be under their warranty period and they will fix your problem for free.
That guy always blames the error for dusts... I have bunch of dusts inside my computer and my computer casing is open but still doesn't make a reason for dust to be the problem...
