Persuasive Essay Topic?

Well, I haven't used it but I have observed my kids. They really get into the responsibility for taking care of something. That fact is not exclusive to Neopets, many games are based on this also, but it does help encourage nurturing and responsibility.

Yes, this is a good essay topic. I'm an English teacher, counselor, and tech geek. I do think though that children younger than 13 can play it as my kids were as young as 10.

Honestly, speaking as a parent, para, and teaching student, I would really encourage you to consider another topic. (It might help to know what grade you are in, though.) If you are a highschooler, and I happen to like neopets!, I encourage you to find an issue you really care about and have strong opinions on. Something that you could research. The point of a persuasive essay is to bring a new opinion/thought/viewpoint into the discussion.

Write your essay. The whole point of it is to persuade your audience that your point of view of the website is the correct one.

You're asking us to persuade you. Isn't that a little redundant? =) You know more about that website than probably anybody here lol. Do your best, have fun, and good luck.

it would be a good sub topic, for use for education websites for that age group. you could use the usage of neopets as an example

Writing about a web site is a great idea, but you'd do better if you write about a site the reader is familiar with, otherwise you'll lose their interest, unless you are a superb writer.

you sound pretty persuasive to me. you don't always have to be seen as "right" in your opinion. just give me (and others) reasons to change ours.
