Since you know who he's using as an ISP I would send a complaint to them. See what happens from their. Their is no way of further tracking him/her down. Good luck in getting rid of this person - whomever they are.

Don't try to reach him. That only will encourage him to keep it upBut you may be able to send a complaint to his email service. I believe yahoo has that option.
