MS-Word app cannot save a file directly into the TIFF format.

Either you can take a screenshot and paste into a graphic app like Photoshop etc., and then save as a TIFF file -or-

If you have 'Microsoft Office Document Image Writer' Printer driver installed (comes with MS Office 2003), then print the file to this printer. In the printer options, choose to save the file as FAX-200dpi TIF image instead of MDI image.

    Your TIFF file is ready.

When you save it, it should give you the option to save it as a tif file. That's all there is to it. Good luck.

Open the file up then go to file, save as, change the name then under that change the file to a .tif file and resave it. I reccomend the name change so you know which one is which when you go to delete one or the other.
