Help help help!One big problem with pc.?
I had to replace my hard drive with a new one.It was dead dead dead.So I replaced it with my xp cds,it works perfect.But my problem is I had office2000pro on my old drive.But I have the office2000 pro cds,But I am having a problem.I lost my jewel case with the key.I have looked everywhere.I called microsoft for help.But yhey want me to pay $99.00 for support.That sucks.I paid for the cds last year and lost the dam key.So does anyone have any ideas what to do?Are a fix.Please help,I don't want to throw the cds away,they cost to much.

i sent you a key in your email, try that one. i know how it feels to loose a key, there's not really anything you can do about it b/c microsoft is too worried about fraud. so they wont give you a new one b/c they think you'll sell it. they key is valid :-)

put your old drive as a slave and see ifyou can remote access the files...sometimes you cant boot but can access the data this way...then use a key locater or access file. there common free and downloaded online.
