Go to Weather.com and put in what town you want to get the information on and they will tell what time the sun rises and sets.

They will tell you on the weather forecast (usually it's wrote on the screen at the end)...alternitivly check out bbc.co.uk/weather

if you listen to the weather report at teatime, it tells you the sunrise/sunset times
