Friend's surprise birthday party?

My best friend's mom wants to throw my friend a surprise birthday party and she wants me to help. But she wants to through in at this kind of concert hall where there is going to be gospel music. Now, I know my friend very well and I know that although her mom wants her to be Christian, my friend doesn't really want to be. Should I tell her mom that I don't think the gospel music is a good idea or should i just let her go on and plan it there.

Update:

Oh by the way, the party would be focused around the gospel music

Not a good idea. Her party should be for her enjoyment, not her Moms. Suggest to her mother, your friend would probably like to have a skating or bowling party. Or a party at home. Also, tell her Mom, you don't feel that many of the other kids would be able to attend this type of party. Some families don't allow their children of any age to attend a religion service of any sort, besides their own.Concert halls are a little expensive anyway. Good luck, and stick by your friend, no matter what happens.

Plan an afternoon on the spa have lunch dropped at you.Have 3 diverse clothing waiting on your chum to placed on after she is complete being pampered(return the different 2 and chop up the version of the only she picked)then have some extra friends at your place for a marvel social gathering.

As a Mom, I would like my child friend to give me some suggesting before I spend all that money on a party she did not want.

Well, I think you should tell her but I feel sorry for your friend.
