Why is it so much fun just to know you are off and other people are having to work?

Isn't that kinda like asking why stupidity and ignorance is so irritating? No one knows why. We just know how gratifying it is to rub it in their faces. Oh, the satisfaction of calling someone in the middle of their shift, expecting you to be calling because you may actually care and haven't chatted in a while, when instead you start rambling off about how relaxing it's been lounging in the pool, drinking martinis, sucking the pimentos out, and chucking the empty useless remainders over the fence into neighbor's yard. And you'll be taking a nap soon. Again! And they can't!! Ha Ha HAAAAA!!!

If you do that again, I'll spike your vodka with Viagra.

I work at a school and I have to admit I like to remind my friends that I have summers and lots of days off during the year. However, just to keep myself humble I have to remember that I am not paid for those days! It's still Ok with me though!!!

coz you have all the time to do anything you want spontaneously and without a schedule to follow. :-) i was off from work last week and it was heavenly.
