Earthquakes in the United States?

Are there any states in the United States that have not had an earthquake?

Update:

If there is such a state, where is it?

There is no portion of the earth's surface that does not experience earthquakes. In most places the quakes are only measured by seismometers and cannot be felt by humans.

Actually there are earthquakes all over the place, but not the type that are typical or well known as being an earthquake. Places like Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming are known for earthquakes. That makes sense too as these places are close to the source. The source of earthquakes is plate motion; either convergent, divergent, or transform. These plates move and causes the ground essentially to move. In places in the midwest where there are no plate boundaries, earthquakes are not as common and generally do not occur. Sometime however there are faults, small and minute, but still faults, that are found in the middle of a plate. These faults can sometimes produce small earthquakes that are never felt by humans but are measured by intruments such as seismographs.
