How do I repair heat damage in my hair?

I have curly hair, but the curls are limp and sometimes frizzy. I use a curling iorn. It looks good when its done but now my hair is worse. How do I fix it?

hot oil treatment once a fortnight works wonders and instead of buying a deep nourishing conditioner just leave your normal conditioner on for 10 minutes and rinse, helps frizz but doesnt look greasy!

    Try some of the following:

Get a good haircut, that works with your curls. You need some shape to your hair, and cutting will remove some of the damage.

Try using a curl activator instead of a curling iron. Less damage, and less time, too. After applying the activator, you can twist strands of your hair and then wind the twisted strand around your finger (while it's still damp.)

    Use a leave-in conditioner.

you could try getting your hair trimmed to get rid of the damaged section.

my hair gets frizzy, knotty, and overall damaged from the middle to the ends.

i have a treatment that i use once a week at least, and it really seems to help!

its a 3 minute treatment by infusium 23.

its an intense infuser that corrects, restores, and structurizes.

its a creamy liquid that comes in a bottle like shampoo or conditioner, and you'll find it in the same isle as those items.

it really helps me, and my daughter.

i recently introduced this item to my mother, brother, and sister.

they love it! my best friend has hair like yours and last time she used it she had great benefits.

    good luck

There really is no way to fix heat damaged hair all you really can do is let it grow out
