It REALLY bothers me that you are letting her breed and you don't know much about dog breeding...hence you are not a "breeder"? There are so freaking many unwanted puppies being put to death in the pound. Too many well meaning back yard breeders not thinking ahead to what they will do with those Little pups after they are weaned. I hope that you are thinking about her puppies, and have permanent homes for them all...already lined up. If not take her to your vet NOW and get her spayed, before they develop. Spaying her, she wont be coming into heat anymore. Your local animal shelter may offer free/low cost spaying if you do not have a vet.

Bitches stay in heat for about 3 weeks. Being bred does NOT put them out of heat, it just means they are bred...and they can be bred by several males, and have puppies by several males.

Shes fine, some dogs bleed more than others. It should stop in the next couple weeks though if not contact your vet.

yes that's normal. Just because she got locked up doesn't mean she's going to stop being in heat.
