    As far as I know CPS is limited to physicians and pharmacists, so your first option would be to ask your GP and/or your pharmacist if you can look up your script in their copy. Another place to check would be the reference section of the public library. If you have access to a university library, I they'd be more apt to have it than the public library. As far as I know it is not available online, even on a pay-for-use basis. The only other thing I can think of is to try the local bookstore and see if they can order it for you (I don't think they go out of date too quickly), but I've no idea what the cost would be.
