airbag bad?

the airbag light in our ford taurus flashes . obviously there's a problem. i heard that the flashes are a code to let you know what the problem is . here's the sequence... 3 flashes, pause, 2 flashes. ideas ?

    take it to a shop and let them fix it. you don't want to mess with it your self because it could go off in your face or in your hands when taking it out and you don't even know whats wrong with it anyway.

    Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) (Air Bag) light flashes a code 32 and found SRS code B1932.

    Potential Causes: Open clock spring wiring

    Harness problems

    Bad Restraints Crash Module

    Tests: 1. Find the small Yellow 2 Grey (GY) wire connector at the base of the steering column and unplug it.

    2. Take a solid piece of wire and jump across the harness side of the connector. Recheck for codes. If the code 32 has changed to a code 34, replace the clock spring.
