Theres a ton of options for this trip.

You'll save a bundle if you can travel between Monday & Thursday of any non-holiday week. Instead of a weekend like Thursday thru Sunday.

For example: I found R/T airfare from Honalulu to Las Vegas and a 2 night stay at the Luxor for easily under $550 per person inlcuding taxes. Traveling Monday thru Thursday. $910 traveling Thursday thru Sunday for the same flight & hotel combo.

You can find cheaper yes, but be careful, they might not be on the strip or at a hotel you really want to stay at.
