Agincort is right Mario Nascimbene (born Milan 1914 Died Rome 2002) it is called The Vikings and you can get it on an album by the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra called "Warriors of the silver screen" along withSpartacus, El Cid, Ben Hur etc.

Not 100% on the title, I think it was simply called The Vikings, but it was definately composed by Mario Nascimbene.
The track is available on the Warriors of the Siver Screen CD, which contains a number of tracks from movies.
