I've been wondering the same thing. With the lack of information about that my natural conspiracy theory awakens and I begin to wonder if it was really an accident. Was that someone's apartment that he knew and wanted dead? Unless someone begins to give information about the residents of that apartment (and the neighbors) I will think that he was trying to kill someone. The media really needs to provide information on that or people will fill in the blanks for themselves and rumors will abound.
I really don't know.
