make them fall out so mch that they hate eachother! Then when you selct one of the sims you have a choice to spilt up. I hope i helped!

Simple way would be, that if there is another sims that like enough to kiss and so on. Have the sim their engaged with watch them kiss the other sim, that will make the engaged sim mad, enough to call off the engagement.

have the sim cheat on another sim and have the other engaged one walk in them. i have done it before it works

Yup, have them get angry at eachother then click on the other sims and choose 'breakup"
